Happy First Communion!

Our best wishes and congratulations go out to our children who are receiving Christ in the Eucharist for the first time this weekend.

May Christ who became food and dwelled in them fill them with his grace and grant them happiness and joy all, the days of their lives.

May your souls be nourished always!

Men’s Club dinner:

The Lebanon American Club will be holding their Annual Lebanese Dinner on Wednesday, May 27, 1998. Tickets are $100.00 per couple. You may obtain them by contacting some of the parishioners who are holding them or you may call the parish office.

Through this Dinner, the Club generously donates $5,000.00 toward the Education Fund of our parish each year.

You are all encouraged if you can to support this worthy Club.

Monthly Luncheon Report:

Our Monthly Luncheon brought in $1,150.00 profit. But most importantly, it brought camaraderie and friendship among people as well as it gave the opportunity to few families in our parish to know how it is to put on a fund-raiser event for the parish.

Special thanks to the Syrian Orthodox group who are an important part of our parish for their diligent work

May the Lord reward you kindly!

Flowers Donation:

An anonymous couple in our parish donated $500.00 in order to cover all the expenses of the flowers that we purchased for the Holy Season.

We thank this couple and pray that the Lord may cover their road with flowers always.

St. Maron Cemetery:

Our parish has purchased 50 plots at the Hillside Cemetery exclusively for our parishioners.

All of you are encouraged to purchase a grave plot for future use. It is always wise to prepare for our future destiny when God calls us from this life.

A large marble monument will distinguish this site.

If you are interested to buy any plot, please contact the parish office soon. The price of each grave is $750.00 until June 1st, then it will go up to $1,000.00.

No 8:30 Liturgy:

Please, note that there will be no 8:30am Liturgy on Sundays, May 10th and 17th. There will be only a 10:00am Liturgy and a 4:30pm on Saturday.

Please, pass the word around.

Parish Gratitude Corner:

As a parish-family, we are grateful for and thank:
